een man, met een perfect zicht wandelt een kamer binnen, nu is in die kamer slechts 1 object dat zwart is, en liggen er veel objecten in de kamer, toch lijkt heel de verlichte kamer zwart, wat is het zwarte object?

De zwarte kap op de man zijn hoofd? (of blinddoek, whatever blocks his view)

At the end of the party the professor asked all the other guests at the party (including his wife) how many different people they shook hands with. Each person tells him a different

Three mathematicians are applying for a job. There are 5 hats, 3 white, 2 black. They're lined up, and a hat is placed on each. The first person in line cannot see any hat; the second in line sees only the hat of the person in front of him; the third person sees only the hats of the two people in front of her. The first person to correctly figure out what color hat they have gets the job; you guess wrong and you are killed. Assume these are INTELLIGENT mathematicians, and that they will do the logically correct thing at each stage -- if something can be deduced, they will. After a long pause, the first person, who cannot see any hats, says he knows the color of his hat. What is the color, and how does he know?

Zijn hoed is wit.

Als de eerste twee hun hoeden zwart zouden zijn, zou de derde weten da haar hoed wit is, en zou die iets zeggen.

Als die na een tijdje niks zegt, kan de tweede deduceren da hij en de persoon voor hem tesamen maximaal één zwarte hoed ophebben, dus als de eerste persoon een zwarte hoed op zou hebben, zou die dan weten da zijn hoed wit is, en da zeggen.

Als die ook niks zegt, kan de eerste persoon besluiten da hij geen zwarte hoed op heeft.

Van die handen:

Vier, net als zijn vrouw.

Iedereen kan acht verschillende mensen een hand geven - maar moet niet. Iedereen kan 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 of 8 mensen een hand geven. Gezien de professor aan negen mensen (vier andere koppels en zijn vrouw) vraagt aan hoeveel mensen ze een hand hebben gegeven, en ze allemaal iets anders zeggen, zijn al de mogelijkheden opgesomd voorgekomen.

Het is bovendien duidelijk dat de persoon die 8 mensen een hand is gaan geven een koppel vormt met de persoon die niemand een hand is gaan geven - al de rest heeft namelijk een hand gekregen van zijn/haar partner.

Dan schieten nog 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 en 7 over. Allemaal 1 hand gekregen van die persoon die iedereen een hand heeft gegeven en nog 6 mensen om een hand te geven. Om dezelfde reden als hierboven vormen de persoon die die andere zes mensen een hand heeft gegeven en de persoon die geen van de overige zes een hand heeft gegeven een koppel.

Nog een aantal keer hetzelfde herhalen, en de professor en zijn vrouw hebben beiden een hand gegeven aan de personen die 5, 6, 7 of 8 mensen een hand hebben gegeven.

Deze vond ik persoonlijk veel makkelijker als die met het handen schudden, maar dan kan mss ook gwn omda ik de vraagstelling niet goed snapte :p
